電話交換機(jī)打不了外線的原因

一、 要確定你撥打外線的方法是否正確。電話交換機(jī)有很多的牌子，而且每個(gè)牌子的電話交換機(jī)撥打外線的方法都不一樣，有些電話交換機(jī)在撥打的外線的時(shí)候要先撥一個(gè)0，然后再按號碼，方能打的出去，有些電話交換機(jī)撥打外線的時(shí)候則需要在被叫號碼前撥一個(gè)9，國威電話交換機(jī)撥打外線就是先撥一個(gè)9的。具體牌子的撥打外線的方法請看機(jī)器的說明書。如果在撥打方式正確的情況下，任然打不出去，那么則可以排除撥打方式錯(cuò)誤的情況。
